These Terms govern access to and use of Clear Note. By browsing, creating an account, publishing content, using a mini-site, requesting verification or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you use Clear Note for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Clear Note provides information, profiles, reviews, articles, mini-sites, verification workflows and optional paid tools. Public reviews and editorial content are not professional, legal, financial, medical or investment advice. You must make your own decisions and checks.
Provide accurate information, keep credentials private and promptly report unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email, phone or identity checks and may limit accounts created for abuse, impersonation or fraud.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Clear Note a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, moderate, display and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the service. Remove content you no longer want displayed where the service permits; copies, moderation records and legal records may remain where reasonably necessary.
Reviews must describe a genuine experience and be fair, lawful and free from undisclosed conflicts. Articles must be original or properly licensed and should be accurate and clearly presented. No user may buy, sell, manipulate or coordinate ratings, reviews, credibility or editorial outcomes.
Personal and business profiles must represent a real person or business. Do not impersonate another person, claim an unauthorised affiliation, publish someone else's private information or use a mini-site for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity. Public content may be indexed and shared.
Verification is a review outcome, not a guarantee of identity, quality, safety, solvency or future conduct. We may request information, approve or reject an application, ask for more information, suspend a badge or remove it when circumstances change. Payment, if offered, does not guarantee approval and does not buy a rating or editorial result.
Do not use Clear Note for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, spam, malware, scraping that harms the service, copyright infringement, privacy invasion, false reviews, undisclosed advertising or attempts to bypass security. We may review, label, restrict, edit for format, remove content, request information or suspend accounts when necessary for safety, law or these Terms.
Prices, currency, billing period, features and availability are shown before checkout. Premium access begins only after confirmed payment and may expire, be limited to the stated account or business, or change as described at purchase. Flutterwave handles the payment screen and payment credentials. Failed, cancelled, reversed or disputed transactions may prevent or end access. Refund requests are assessed under the applicable offer, provider rules and law; contact support promptly with your transaction reference.
Clear Note's software, name, logo, layout and original materials belong to Clear Note or its licensors. Except for the content licence above, no right is granted to copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them without permission.
We work to keep Clear Note secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent publication, error-free content or a particular commercial result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Note is not responsible for indirect loss, third-party conduct, user content, payment-provider outages or decisions made from platform information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the service and request account assistance through support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal risk, security risk, fraud, non-payment or inactivity, while preserving records needed for safety, disputes or law. These Terms that should continue by their nature survive termination.
These Terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of Uganda, subject to any mandatory rights and remedies available to you. We may update them when the service or law changes.
